The 2010 Juana de Sol Malbec Reserva was aged for 6 months in French oak. It is a glass-coating opaque purple color with an alluring bouquet of cedar, Asian spices, red licorice, and black cherry. Spicy, ripe, and nicely proportioned, this pleasure-bent Malbec will drink nicely over the next 5-6 years. It is an outstanding value. - Jay Miller (December, 2011)
